Overview
Tanzania is one of the best places for safari and honeymoon trips. It is a very romantic country with beautiful nature, wildlife, the Big Five animals, and amazing beaches. This 12-day trip is made to give you a special and memorable honeymoon.
Itinerary
Day by day
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
When you arrive at the airport, our driver will meet you and take you to your hotel in Arusha. You will rest, relax, and prepare for your safari adventure. You will stay at Mount Meru Hotel.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, your guide will take you to Tarangire National Park. You will enjoy views of Maasai villages, acacia trees, and open land. In the park, you may see many elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and wildebeest. If you are lucky, you may also see lions or leopards. After the game drive, you will go to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you will go to Lake Manyara National Park. This park is famous for its big lake with many flamingos and birds. You may also see monkeys, giraffes, zebras, elephants, and lions in trees. After the game drive, you will go to your lodge to relax and stay overnight.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will travel through beautiful mountains and villages on the way to Serengeti. You may see wildlife along the way. In the afternoon, you will enjoy your first game drive in Serengeti National Park, which is famous for its large open plains and many animals. You will have dinner and stay overnight in Serengeti.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
You will spend the whole day exploring Serengeti. You may see wildebeest, zebras, antelopes, lions, leopards, and cheetahs. If you are lucky, you may see the great migration of animals. After the game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and rest.
Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you may see more animals as you leave Serengeti. Then you will travel to Ngorongoro Crater. You will go down into the crater and see many animals like lions, elephants, zebras, and rhinos. After a full day, you will go to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Karatu to Zanzibar (Stone Town)
After breakfast, you will drive to the airport and fly to Zanzibar. When you arrive, you will go to Stone Town and relax. You can also choose activities like a city tour, spice tour, Prison Island, or Jozani Forest visit.
Days 8–11: Nungwi Beach (North Coast)
You will travel to Nungwi on the north coast of Zanzibar. This is a beautiful beach area with white sand and clear blue water. You can relax, swim, or enjoy the sun. You will stay here for 4 nights and enjoy your beach holiday.
Day 12: Departure
After breakfast, you will check out of your hotel. You will be taken to the airport or seaport for your flight home with beautiful memories of your honeymoon safari and beach holiday.
